The rates above are the base rates. The final cost may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the text. You will always receive a clear quote before the project starts. I will start working after we have agreed on the final rate.

How much does a translation cost?
For most cases, the price can be calculated based on the word count of the original file, using the rates mentioned above. However, sometimes the final cost may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the text, the subject matter, formatting requirements, or a tight deadline. If you are unsure, you can always send your document for a free quote before placing an order.
What if I don’t know the word count?
Don’t worry, I will make the word count for you. For some cases (for example scanned pdf files or photos of files) word count cannot be made. In this case I will give you a quote. There will be no additional costs after this.
How long does it take to translate a text?
I will give you an estimation of when you will receive the finished files once I have reviewed the project details. Typical delivery times depend on the size and complexity of the project, but I always strive to meet your deadlines. Smaller projects can often be completed within a couple of days, and for larger projects, I will keep you regularly updated on my progress.
Can I add more documents to my order?
Of course! Just send me an e-mail and I will get back to you with an updated schedule and quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose between a standard invoice or a PayPal invoice. All invoices are issued through a secure invoicing service for your convenience.
